ABOUT THE ROLE

The key responsibility of the Compliance and Network Quality Manager is to review and maintain a high level of publisher quality, and conduct suitable compliance measures to ensure this quality, across the Webgains network.

As part of the UK Publisher Team, you will work closely with the wider Account Management Teams and International Publisher Teams to monitor affiliate activity, ensuring best practices are maintained and our network terms are being adhered to.

Thorough and complete training will be provided to enable the candidate has the best chance of success within the role, but this individual should have the skills to confidently take ownership of the compliance function which maintains our network of premium affiliates.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open and lead thorough compliance investigations ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept informed
  • Conduct a weekly audit of select publishers due to be paid – specifically handling payments within UK, US, Nordics, IE, AU, PT
  • Handle publisher account breaches in line with the compliance workflows
  • Supervise network compliance tools to monitor paid search ads for hijacks, brand bidding and trademark violations
  • Report on compliance tasks including publisher suspensions from the network
  • Manage publisher communications internally and externally for all compliance issues and topics
  • Monitor compliance trends across all networks ensuring Account Management Teams and International Publisher Teams are kept updated on any concerns whilst actively devising steps to mitigate
  • Demonstrate strong decision making in line with company goals, social, and environmental best practice
  • Research, develop and implement additional features and processes to assist with combatting the types of compliance or user issues that often occur
  • Support with the growth of suitable and compliant publishers by offering suggestions to relevant advertisers across the network

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks
  • Vigilance when conducting and following processes with the ability to be agile when needed
  • Decision making skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High level computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a compliance or credit control role
  • Affiliate Marketing experience (at any level)

ROLE LOGISTICS

  • Working hours: 40 per week
  • Working days: Monday – Friday
  • Job location: 3 days Bristol, London or Manchester Office (Mon, Thu, +1 other day), 2 days working from home
