ABOUT THE ROLE
You will build strong working relationships and have a portfolio of clients as well as publishers. You will also be supporting the Account Management team in various areas such as publisher recruitment, reporting and publishers optimisation.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Account Managers with their portfolio of Webgains clients; act as direct liaison on day to day queries, reporting and help with both technical and commercial enquiries
- Manage a portfolio of Webgains clients; act as direct liaison on day to day queries, helping with both technical and commercial enquiries
- Provide support to internal Webgains account management team (Send weekly newsletters, review accounts, provide recommendations and conduct competitor benchmarking services)
- Conduct training calls to help clients use our technical platform and improve their program performance
- Liaise effectively with the Publisher Team to drive program recruitment and test new opportunities to the Webgains network
- Advocate and sell topline affiliate concepts and opportunities to clients.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrate some/sound/considerable understanding and experience of affiliate marketing & recruitment
- Advanced capability with Microsoft office products
- Enthusiastic learner, seeking knowledge on internet economy and affiliate channel, competitor and subject matter best practice
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience of problem solving, using simple analysis to uncover issues with platform/program performance
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Account management experience or client facing role
- Experience of analysing data sets from a wide variety of sources and drawing user and market actionable insights

ROLE LOGISTICS
- Working hours: 40 per week
- Working days: Monday – Friday
- Job location: 3 days London/Manchester Office (Mon, Thu, +1 other day), 2 days working from home
