WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

THAT YOU…

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing strong relationships with our existing clients/agencies for the French market.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage new business development with direct advertisers and agencies using the proper prospection strategy;
• Evaluate your clients’ needs and create sales proposals with the goal of creating a long-term relationship;
• Negotiate and manage the sales process;
• Work closely with the Accounting and the Technical teams to offer the most rele-vant product to our clients;
• Build loyalty with your portfolio;
• Perform well against targets in relation to the recruitment of new advertisers;
• Sell to clients by phone, email and face-to-face;
• Work closely with the Marketing and Studio teams to create newsletters, sales presentations, etc.
• Complete all general administrative and organizational tasks required in the role
• Attend events: webinars, trade shows, workshops, breakfast…

WHO ARE YOU?

A SKILLED AND ATTENTIVE TALENT WITH…

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in relevant field;
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field of digital marketing, digital partnerships or performance marketing industry, whether advertiser, publisher or network side;
• Ideally, a good knowledge of the online advertising community in France;
• Experience with pitching to senior external stakeholders and a track record of success, taking a consultative approach to understand their goals and how they align with ours;
• A genuine passion for the affiliate channel and the role that content plays in the user e-commerce funnel;
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in French and English. Any other additional language would be an asset;
• Excellent commercial sense and negotiation skills;
• Self-taught, fast learner, curious, challenger;
• Team spirit!

Salary: 35-45K€ + commissions
