The APMA’s reporting portal allows anyone involved in the affiliate and partner marketing industry to report alleged serious non-compliance, misconduct or breaches of industry standards.
Reports help the APMA identify emerging issues, monitor trends across the industry and build the evidence needed to improve standards across affiliate and partner marketing.
Before submitting a report, please read our reporting guidance which explains the types of issues the APMA may consider and how submissions are handled.
This portal is intended for serious, evidence-based concerns only. It should not be used for commercial or contractual disputes, payment disagreements, low-level compliance issues or differences in the interpretation of programme terms.
Where possible, concerns should first be raised with the relevant advertiser, affiliate network, technology platform, publisher network or agency responsible for managing the activity.
The APMA may, at its absolute discretion, publish, amend, refuse to publish, suspend or remove any submission from the Compliance Log.
